For the last 10 years I have specialised in the recovery of legal costs incurred by our clients during the course of their claims.
As Deputy Team Leader of the Costs Team in Manchester, David provides support in all aspects of the costs process, from preparing a Bill of Costs, negotiating with the opponent through to assessment by the Court if necessary. He also supports our Litigation teams by providing advocacy support at Costs Management Hearings.
David is also a fully qualified Costs Lawyer and has previously spent 3 years serving on the Council of the Association of Costs Lawyers.
