I am a Partner and Head of International and Corporate, leading the firm’s international strategy and projects. Having spent many years heading our London corporate team, I bring extensive experience as a corporate lawyer, with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-value transactions for clients across multiple jurisdictions.

My practice is focused on advising businesses that are setting up in, investing into, or expanding within the UK. I’m highly experienced in handling cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments. I have a strong understanding of both English law and international legal frameworks, which is essential in cases of this nature.

I enjoy the personal interaction with clients and being the trusted adviser my clients can turn to, many of whom I have known for many years and with whom I have built an in-depth understanding of their businesses and goals. This depth of understanding is invaluable to me when providing tailored guidance.

As Head of International, I am responsible for developing and strengthening our “international best friend” legal network and wider professional relationships across key global markets. This enables me to connect clients seamlessly with trusted advisers worldwide, while also bringing significant inbound English law work into the firm.

I am Chairman of the First Law International advisory board, an award-winning global legal network where Irwin Mitchell is the exclusive UK member. In addition, I sit on the boards of Avrio Advocati and the Commonwealth Economic and Investment Council, where I contribute strategic legal insight to support international trade, investment, and collaboration.
