  • Acting for an 18 year old who was involved in a serious road traffic accident as a passenger in a car which was hit by a HGV, resulting in him sustaining traumatic brain damage. He required intensive rehabilitation and therapy but continued to struggle with the lifelong cognitive, executive and physical impact of the accident. He required 24/7 care and support and was unlikely to ever be able to live independently. A multi- million pound settlement was secured, including significant annual payments to meet his ongoing care and therapy needs for the rest of his life.
  • Secured multi- million pound settlement on behalf of a 55 year old RNLI volunteer who sustained a traumatic amputation of his right foot whilst engaged on a rescue mission at sea.
  • Multi- million pound settlement secured for a Claimant who was a pedestrian struck by a 4 x 4 vehicle which failed to stop. She sustained catastrophic injuries including multiple spinal fractures, complete paraplegia, multiple fractures to her pelvis, leg, clavicle and internal injuries. The final settlement enabled the purchase and specialist adaptation of a property for the Claimant and will fund a lifelong care, case management and therapy regime for the Claimant for the rest of her life to enable her to return to her pre- accident hobbies and a high quality of life.
  • Secured a multi- million pound settlement for a 23 year old passenger who was travelling in a vehicle that was struck by an oncoming car which was on the wrong side of the road. Whilst the claim was ongoing, we obtained significant interim payments to enable him to complete a successful independent living trial, whilst receiving support and care from a multi- disciplinary team. The final settlement will fund lifelong loss of earnings, care, case management and therapy for our client.
