Mr. Youssry is a Supreme Court lawyer, arbitrator and mediator with 40 years of experience in Egyptian and international law. Mr. Youssry’s expertise covers areas of law such as intellectual property, commercial law, mediation, arbitration, private equity, commercial contracts and transactions, tax law, corporate debt collection and insolvency.

Mr. Youssry has extensive experience in arbitration proceedings in Egypt, representing clients in complex, highly significant disputes in different jurisdictions. He is a frequent participant in BOD meetings of local and multinational organizations where he consults senior management and shareholders and is authorized to make decisions on behalf  of the chairman or CEO. The ability to comprehensively consider the problem and choose the most acceptable solution for the client allowed Mr. Youssry to establish a long-term, trusting and strong relationship.

Currently, the law firm “Youssry Saleh and Partners”, founded and headed by him, represents the interests of large corporations, factories, agricultural enterprises, pharmaceutical distributors both in Egypt and abroad.
