Mrs. Yulia is a well-versed business specialist and management consultant with mature business sense and 15 years of experience. She brings her cross-cultural and interdisciplinary business and management expertise to the team to better understand customers’ needs.

She started her legal practice in Egypt and has considerable experience in drafting legal documents, analyzing the likely outcomes of transactions, using knowledge of legal precedents, laws, regulations, procedures and decrees. She advises clients on legal transactions, conducts negotiations, evaluates results and develops strategies and arguments for preparing reports and presentations. Mrs. Yulia analyzes legal data to determine the feasibility of projects and transactions, interprets laws, rules and regulations for individuals and legal entities, prepares legal opinions. She also informs clients about the results achieved by applying a comprehensive, but simple and accessible approach to reduce customer anxiety.

As a management consultant, her competencies cover change management, organizational development, corporate governance, reorganization, business process reengineering, small and medium-sized enterprises and startups, leadership and human capital, organizational assessment and audit, strategic planning, market research, business planning and feasibility study, performance management. She has extensive experience in telecommunications, real estate, aviation and manufacturing. Moreover, she is an expert in the field of oil and gas sector law, as well as in the energy sector.
