Didem Keleş Pınar is a partner whose dispute resolution practice is grounded in deep expertise across Civil Law, the Law of Obligations, Inheritance Law, and Real Estate Law.

Renowned for her in-depth experience, she has cultivated a particular focus in family law, especially in divorce and the liquidation of matrimonial property regimes. She has completed expert witness training in property regime liquidation and has participated in numerous specialized training and certification programs related to divorce and property matters.

Ms. Pınar has personally managed a significant number of divorce cases and related proceedings, ensuring that disputes are resolved efficiently through both litigation and negotiated settlements. Within the field of inheritance law, Ms. Pınar has successfully overseen processes such as the preparation of renunciation of inheritance agreements and wills, and has played a pivotal role in resolving disputes arising from inheritance distribution, utilizing both amicable and judicial avenues. Additionally, Ms. Pınar has provided leadership in the resolution of commercial and corporate disputes, as well as representing clients in international arbitration and mediation proceedings.
