Lisbet assists businesses in the field of branding and advises on trademarks, designs and other types of intellectual property law as well as marketing law and domain names.

When conflicts arise, Lisbet cooperates with the client in seeking effective solutions through negotiations and amicable settlements, or when necessary, through preliminary injunction cases and ordinary court cases before all instances of court. Lisbet has many years of experience in cases regarding trademarks, designs, product imitations and domain names.

With a graduate diploma in International Business from CBS-Copenhagen Business School and experience from international corporations, Lisbet takes a great interest in business life also outside the legal field. She focuses on communication and strives to render tailored solutions adapted to the situation at hand for the relevant business. Lisbet assists many businesses in connection with protection of trademarks and designs in Denmark and abroad and has a large international network of lawyers who provide local assistance when needed.

Lisbet is an experienced advisor for startups at Copenhagen Business School. She teaches regularly and is the author of numerous articles on intellectual property.

Before joining Aumento Law Firm in 2014, Lisbet held the position of Head of Trademarks at Bech-Bruun Law Firm. Prior experience comprises positions in industry marketing, including Novozymes/Novonesis
