Partner Mads Nygaard Madsen is a certified IT attorney and hisspecialisation in IT law has made him one of Denmark's leading attorneys inthis area. He is a certified IT attorney.

From 2017 to 2020, In the period 2017-2020, Mads was chairman of The Association of Danish IT Attorneys. In Legal 500, he is ranked as a Leading Partner within Data Privacy and Data Protection. He is also ranked by Chambers and Partners within Information Technology.

Among other things, Mads has solid experience in the preparation and
negotiation of IT contracts as well as handling disputes regarding IT
services. He advises a wide range of Danish and international clients - both
suppliers of IT products and services and customers who purchase IT.

In addition to his law degree, Mads has completed an education in
computer science and economics. He is thus particularly competent in
handling matters that require insight into complicated technical and
commercial matters.
