Helen is a Founding Partner of the firm and Co-Head of the Corporate/M&A practice, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial law, including restructurings, reorganisations and employment related aspects of corporate transactions. She plays a central leadership role within the firm as Head of Corporate Restructuring and also leads EY Law’s Women.Fast Forward and broader DEI initiatives, having established Austria’s EY women’s network and driven key gender equality programmes, including equalitA certified leadership, female entrepreneurship and Women in Tech initiatives..
