Georg has more than 20 years of experience as an M&A lawyer and specialises in M&A transactions as well as domestic and cross‑border corporate restructurings. He regularly leads complex cross‑border deals for strategic and financial investors, family offices and individuals. Georg has advised on a broad range of corporate reorganisations involving multiple jurisdictions and several (regulated and unregulated) industries such as industrial products, energy, telecom/new media and software.
