Artur Sanglepp is a member of the highly valued dispute resolution practice at GLIKMAN ALVIN and has represented clients in numerous commercial, contract and real property law cases.

Artur can assist clients in a variety of civil law matters, including real property disputes, tenancy disputes, sale and purchase of goods or real estate, provision of services, mediation of goods or services, and cross-border trade issues. Artur also has experience in complex construction and contracting disputes in which he has successfully represented customers as well as contractors.

Artur’s additional practice areas include matters pertaining to causing damage in business relationships, insolvency and protection of investments, incl. representing creditors' interests in situations where debtors hide their assets or evade their liabilities as well as defending creditors' claims in bankruptcy proceedings. Artur has been a member of the bankruptcy committee in one of the longest and most complex bankruptcy cases in Estonia.

Artur has considerable experience in cases that call for quick action to prevent the embezzlement of assets by a malicious debtor.

Artur has also assisted clients in disputes with public authorities and successfully represented clients in administrative courts. On multiple occasions Artur has helped entrepreneurs in situations where state supervision has unfoundedly or excessively interfered with economic activities, for instance where an institution has illegally refused to grant or has suspended or revoked various permits, licenses or authorizations.

Artur has worked in the field of law since joining GLIKMAN ALVIN in the autumn of 2009. Artur has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since October 2013.
