He is a lawyer with over 10 years' experience, 7 of which were spent providing privacy consultancy services to multinational and Italian structured companies. He has lectured on "Big Data" as part of the "Competition and Innovation Law" master's degree at LUISS University. He has provided privacy training sponsored by the Italian Data Protection Authority for the Moldovan Data Protection Authority. He has also written for various legal journals.

He has been active in the legal services market for ten years and has previous experience working for top national and international law firms specialising in privacy, criminal law (including Legislative Decree 231/2001) and financial law. For over seven years, he has provided legal and regulatory advice on new technologies and privacy to executives and managers in Italian and international private companies (including SMEs and multinationals), adopting a practical, operational, and results-oriented approach. He is adept at conveying technical and IT issues in simple terms to all levels within a company. He also advises on the Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854) and the AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). He is also an expert in developing and implementing 231 Models and supervisory bodies (Organismi di Vigilanza), pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. His main target markets include telecommunications, credit information systems, fashion, manufacturing, streaming service providers, insurance, banking, web tracking service providers and pharmaceuticals and medical services.
