Félicie advises on intellectual property and digital law, with a cross-disciplinary approach covering trademarks, copyright, designs, intellectual property contracts and patents.

She assists the firm’s clients with the protection, management and exploitation of their intangible assets, both in France and internationally. Her work includes securing intellectual property rights, drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements, and supporting companies in the development of strategies for the protection and exploitation of their creations, innovations and distinctive signs.
