Lucie advises on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trademarks, designs, domain names, patents, copyright and plant variety right.

She assists both companies and individuals throughout the lifecycle of their intangible assets, from initial protection to strategic exploitation and enforcement. She has particular expertise in domain name matters, where she handles disputes, including cease-and-desist letters and UDRP proceedings, and contributes to the drafting of opinions for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
