Yassir is the Managing Partner of AIH Law Firm in Sudan, where he leads the Corporate and M&A practice. With over two decades of experience, Yassir advises multinational corporations, banks, and investment entities on complex cross-border transactions, joint ventures, financings, and regulatory matters. He is a registered patent and trademark attorney and has deep expertise in intellectual property, company incorporation and liquidation, and investment structuring under Sudanese law. Yassir is recognized for his strategic counsel on high-value deals across sectors including finance, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, and agriculture.
