We are pleased to announce that Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (“MBH”) acted as legal counsel to Beltone Holding (“Beltone”) in connection with its 100% acquisition of SODIC For Securitization.

This acquisition is expected to enhance Beltone’s ability to securitize the portfolios of its growing roster of non-banking financial services firms as well as third parties’ portfolios.
