Mohamed is a partner in Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy and the Head of the Capital Markets practice group; he is also registered with the Bar before the Courts of Cassation. Mohamed has worked as a legal advisor for companies listed on the stock exchange and public and private subscriptions (IPOs) in the Egyptian Capital Market Authority since 2006. Mohamed has more than twenty years of experience as the most distinguished lawyer in the field of subscriptions and private legislation transactions with the Capital Market Authority in Egypt. This made the IFLR international journal distinguish him as the best lawyer in the field of financial markets in Egypt in the year 2013.
