Hazem is a Partner at Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy and a member of the Corporate, M&A, and Capital Markets practice groups. He also heads the firm’s Sports sector group. With over sixteen years of experience, he advises entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and major corporate clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and general corporate matters.

Furthermore, Hazem has been involved in several landmark IPOs and M&A deals in Egypt, including Juhayna, Amer Group, Edita, Obourland, and Rameda. His role has included direct engagement with regulatory bodies such as the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) and the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
