Masood is a Director in the Agricultural team and advises on rural property transactions. He specialises in the sale and purchase of farms, estates, bare agricultural land and country houses.
Masood acts for individuals, landed estates, local authorities, and lending institutions.
Masood is excellent at building strong relationships with clients and working closely with them to achieve their desired outcome. He is noted for his thoroughness and pragmatic, commercial advice.
Masood also has experience drafting and negotiating strategic land agreements, such as option and promotion agreements assisting farmers, landowners and landed estates with their long-term aspirations.
Masood qualified in 2015 and is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
