Stijn De Dier

At Quinz, Stijn focuses primarily on dispute resolution. His practice circles around corporate litigation (shareholder disputes, director liability, post-acquisition claims, ESG litigation etc.) as well as insolvency matters, where he regularly acts both for creditors as well as for debtors in restructuring. Prior to joining Quinz, Stijn worked at the Jan Ronse Institute for company and financial law of KU Leuven, first as a full time assistant, and later on as a fellow of the Research Foundation – Flanders (FWO). Upon his Ph.D. defense in April 2016 he remains associated with the Jan Ronse Institute on a voluntary basis. Stijn is a part time professor at the Antwerp University Faculty of Law, where he teaches insolvency law.
