Bart Lintermans
Bart Lintermans heads the Quinz M&A practice and is a specialist in M&A, commercial transactions and Belgian company law.
For twenty-five years, Bart Lintermans has applied this expertise in a variety of sectors, but has a particular focus on the life science industry and real estate market.
He advises Belgian and international private equity funds on their acquisitions and divestitures throughout Belgium and cross-border, and is the trusted advisor of several large companies in their international expansion, restructuring projects and corporate governance. Bart sits on various boards and is a former director of Brussels South Charleroi Airport, Belgium’s second largest commercial airport.

Klaas Thibaut
Klaas Thibaut specializes in M&A (including PE), corporate and acquisition finance transactions, and complex commercial agreements, both cross-border and domestic. He also has significant expertise in data privacy.

Stijn De Dier
At Quinz, Stijn focuses primarily on dispute resolution. His practice circles around corporate litigation (shareholder disputes, director liability, post-acquisition claims, ESG litigation etc.) as well as insolvency matters, where he regularly acts both for creditors as well as for debtors in restructuring. Stijn is appreciated by clients and colleagues for his profound expertise in corporate law and his pragmatic problem-solving approach.
Prior to joining Quinz, Stijn worked at the Jan Ronse Institute for company and financial law of KU Leuven, first as a full time assistant, and later on as a fellow of the Research Foundation – Flanders (FWO). Upon his Ph.D. defense in April 2016 he remains associated with the Jan Ronse Institute on a voluntary basis. Stijn is a part time professor at the Antwerp University Faculty of Law, where he teaches insolvency law. Stijn also sits on the editorial board of the Tijdschrift voor Rechtspersoon en Vennootschapsrecht - Revue Pratique des Sociétés (TRV-RPS) and is a member of the Belgian Centre for Corporate Law (BCV-CDS). He frequently speaks at conferences or seminars, and publishes on various aspects of company and insolvency law.

Joeri Vananroye
Joeri Vananroye specializes in the areas of arbitration and litigation, corporate finance, and insolvency law. His main focuses are corporate and commercial litigation, high-level corporate counselling and mergers and acquisitions.
