Louisa Vandepitte is a senior associate in our Corporate & Finance practice, with extensive experience in private M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital, corporate restructurings, and a wide range of general corporate matters. She advises both domestic and international clients on legal transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring and contract negotiations.

Louisa began her career at NautaDutilh, where she worked from 2017 until joining Quinz in June 2025. Additionally, she has gained valuable in-house experience, having worked as legal counsel for a global food company, giving her a practical, business-oriented perspective that she now brings to her work as a lawyer. 

Louisa is a member of the Brussels bar.
