Guillaume is a senior associate in our Corporate & Finance team. He specialises in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients on corporate and commercial matters in both Belgian and cross-border transactions involving a Belgian element. Guillaume has experience across various sectors, including life sciences and energy.

Before joining Quinz in November 2025, Guillaume worked at PwC Legal, where he was seconded to Fluxys between May and December 2021, gaining valuable in-house experience and developing further expertise as external legal counsel in the energy transportation sector. He subsequently worked at NautaDutilh in both Amsterdam and Brussels. Since 2023, he has also been a teaching assistant in corporate law at the Jan Ronse Institute (KU Leuven).

Guillaume is a member of the Brussels Bar since 2018.
