Vincent Denoncin is an associate in our Corporate & Finance team. He is specializing in corporate law and has a keen interest in mergers and acquisitions.

Vincent started his career at a Big Four firm in 2022 as a legal & regulatory consultant. As of 2023, Vincent is also a teaching assistant for corporate law associated with the Jan Ronse Instituut at the Catholic University of Leuven (KU Leuven).

Vincent joined Quinz in 2024 and is a member of the Brussels Bar.
