Hugh James

Group actions.

Neil is head of Collective Litigation at Hugh James. He has vast experience of dealing with group actions acting for claimants amassed over the last 25 years. Neil is currently focused on the development and running of several new competition and consumer law claims. Neil is a member of the Collective Redress Lawyers Association (‘CORLA’) and sits on the sub-committee working group on client redress distribution.
