Abi is a Senior Associate solicitor in our Corporate Team based in Norwich. Abi specialises in advising clients on share and asset sales and purchases. Abi also has experience advising on a range of other corporate transactions, including reorganisations, share options, restructures, shareholder agreements and general corporate finance.

Abi joined Howes Percival in April 2025 from another local regional firm, where she worked as an associate in the Corporate Team after completing her training contract with them in 2021.
