Liz has built up a broad Residential Development knowledge-base and commercial grounding, during her time in the Group Legal & Compliance Team at Barratt Redrow PLC where she supported the Divisional Offices and Group Partnerships Team in reviewing, advising and reporting to the Executive on site acquisitions (both strategic and instant land), securities, grant funding agreements, and in the launch of various plot sales schemes, culminating in her ‘Head of Partnerships Legal Support’ role which specialised in Affordable disposals, (collaborating to produce Group standard documentation and transactional risk analysis), Bulk Sales, the First Homes schemes, and public land procurement framework agreements/bids.

Liz has 25 years of Residential Development experience, obtained working both in-house and in private practice for regional and national housebuilders. Liz joins our Commercial Property team in Leicester as a Senior Associate, having spent the previous 16 years in the Group Legal Department for Barratt Redrow PLC.
