Helen’s recent deal highlights include:

• Acting for a household name retailer on all aspects of its varied property portfolio across the country including disposals, acquisitions and lettings
• Leading on the acquisition and subsequent letting of a significant office building in Bristol for an international fund
• Leading on the property aspects of a funding deal with a value of £170m for an international fund
• Acting for a household name retailer in its leasehold acquisition of part of a development site in the Home Counties for use as a local centre
• Acting for the landlord on a new letting of an office unit on major new development in the north of England with an annual rent in excess of £900k
