Tanya is experienced in advising companies, shareholders and directors on a range of corporate transactional and advisory work, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, share sales and transfers, business and asset acquisitions, solvent corporate reorganisations. In addition, she advises on general corporate law matters including drafting bespoke shareholders’ agreements and articles of association and general corporate governance.
