Alexandra’s practice encompasses a wide range of real estate transactional work including residential & commercial development, freehold and leasehold disposals and acquisitions, landlord & tenant matters (including high value portfolio work) and property finance. She also regularly assists the firm’s corporate and banking teams with property support work.

Alexandra acts for a wide range of clients and is carving out particular experience in the Development sector, acting for a well-known regional house builder, the Food & Beverage sector, acting for several food and beverage manufacturers and retailers, and the Education sector, having extensive experience of advising schools on the property aspects of converting to an academy.

Based in the Northampton office, Alexandra qualified into the commercial property department at Howes Percival in September 2012 after successfully completing her training contract with the firm.

Alexandra is recognised in the Legal 500 for her experience in commercial property transactional work.
