Helaina is a solicitor working in the Corporate team in Norwich. She advises clients on different corporate transactions including share and asset sales and purchases, company and group re-organisations, shareholder agreements, and raising finance (debt and equity).

Helaina has experience advising numerous clients within the health and social care sector on various matters ranging from complex reorganisations and disposals to national care providers to discreet corporate advice to GPs.
