Position
Hannah is a Partner in our Intellectual Property and IT team. She has a vast wealth of experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious IP and IT matters as well as complex data protection issues.
Hannah advises clients on all aspects of UK and European intellectual property law, including patents, copyright, trade marks, passing off, design rights, domain names and defamation. Her practice encompasses both contentious matters and non-contentious matters including drafting IP licenses, assignments and other agreements as well as handling complex international trade mark portfolios. She is experienced in actions before the Court of Appeal, High Court, Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, UK Intellectual Property Office, OHIM and the World Intellectual Property Office.
Hannah has a broad IT practice which includes the preparation and drafting of software development and maintenance agreements, software licence agreements, website development and maintenance agreements, IT outsourcing agreements, end user licence agreements, SaaS subscription agreements and software reseller agreements as well as advising on IP/IT and data protection issues in corporate transactions and assisting in resolution of IT related disputes.
Hannah is a leading member of the firms data protection team advising on all aspects of data protection compliance including cross border data transfers for complex organisations and is experienced in advising on advertising compliance.
