Senior Partner

After beginning his career at leading U.S. law firms in London, New York, and Milan, he was a partner for more than twenty years at prominent English and American law firms before joining Orsingher Ortu in 2026.

His practice focuses on corporate law, with particular emphasis on acquisitions and disposals of companies, businesses, and business units. He advises companies, industrial groups, and private equity, venture capital, and family office funds in corporate transactions, primarily of an extraordinary nature. Over the years, he has assisted Italian companies as well as companies based in Brazil, Greece, Japan, Norway, the Czech Republic, and the United States. He is particularly active in the real estate, software, and manufacturing sectors, assisting clients in expansion processes and/or entry into the Italian market, as well as in internationalization strategies.

He has been admitted to the Italian Bar since 2002 and to the New York Bar since 2001.

He graduated from Sapienza University of Rome and obtained an LL.M. from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. During his studies in the United States, he served as an intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement.
