From 2010 to 2013, he worked with Pirola Pennuto Zei & Partners. From 2013 to 2014, he was a Visiting Lawyer at Marina Barturen Law Office in Miami (Florida). From 2014 to 2017, he worked with Gianni & Origoni. In 2018, he joined Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, where he developed his practice in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate reorganisations. He was appointed Junior Partner in 2023 and Partner in 2025 in the same firm. In March 2026, he joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati.  He advises Italian and foreign companies and investment funds on extraordinary transactions, including cross-border deals, buy-outs, leverage buy-outs and joint ventures. He has worked on transactions across several industries, including fashion, design, food & beverage, energy and retail.
