Donna‘s main practice areas are Gaming and Gambling, Commercial and Corporate Law.

During her previous experiences, Donna has worked as in-house counsel for several well-established gaming and technology companies, assisting the management of such companies with the day-to day operations, including being responsible for legal and compliance matters of the same. Additionally, Donna was employed for a number of years by a local boutique law firm advising clients on gambling and gaming, related licensing and corporate and commercial matters.

Donna holds a Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Malta, an LL.M in Information Technology and Telecommunications from the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow) and a Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association.
