Family Law

Alice Brett is a Partner in the Family Law team at Amphlett Lissimore. She specialises in all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial remedies and private children disputes. As a Law Society Family Law Accredited Solicitor, Alice is recognised for her constructive and pragmatic approach, helping clients resolve matters in a way that reduces conflict and supports positive outcomes for the future.

Alice Brett achieved the Law Society Family Law Accreditation in 2021, which is a recognised high-quality standard for family law practitioners and covers all aspects of family law work.

Alice qualified as a mediator in 2017 and is currently working towards accreditation, having completed her training in February of this year. She previously served for several years as a member of Resolution’s Collaborative Working Party.
