Brendan Udokoro is an associate specialising in disputes and litigation concerning or connected to wills, trusts, the estates of deceased persons, and all other inheritance and post-death related disputes.
Brendan advises clients on the resolution of a broad range of estate and trust-related disputes, including applications for the removal of executors and trustees, trustee-beneficiary disputes, challenges to the validity of wills and claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975,.

Brendan qualified as a solicitor in May 2018, having trained at a leading regional firm in Kent. He joined Howard Kennedy in August 2022 and was promoted to associate in May 2023.
