Janez is a Doctor of Laws with longstanding practical experience in various legal areas.

Prior to coming to Serbia, Janez has, since 2002. developed his practice in Slovenia, covering a wide range of legal areas.

From 2018. he has been with JPM & Partners, where his work includes daily consultancy and representation for international and domestic corporate clients and individuals in areas of Corporate Law and M&A, Commercial Law, and Dispute Resolution.

Being a native Slovene, Janez is also a representative of JPM’s Slovenian Desk, with longstanding advisory work for Slovenian clients and its active membership in the Slovenian Business Club in Serbia.

Janez is listed as the Leading Associate in the Legal 500 EMEA 2025 for Commercial, Corporate And M&A.
