Ana is a Senior Partner at JPM & Partners and Head of the Labor Law Division for the North Macedonia region. She has extensive expertise in Labor Law and significant experience in Commercial Law, where she advises on complex transactions and concessions across the mining, energy, and IT sectors. Ana is recognized for developing legal strategies that address industry-specific challenges with precision and foresight.

She also has substantial experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with a particular focus on the emerging medical cannabis industry. Ana plays a key role in guiding clients through the evolving legal landscape, ensuring compliance while supporting the sector’s growth and development.

In addition, she regularly advises international clients on cross-border matters, providing comprehensive legal support in complex, multi-jurisdictional projects
