Lana is a Senior Partner at JPM & Partners Montenegro

Lana has extensive experience in advising international companies in Montenegro. Over the course of 15 years, she has led some of the largest acquisitions, privatization deals, energy, and real estate transactions. She has advised numerous banking and finance transactions and led some of the largest litigation and insolvency proceedings.

She is also very active in construction law disputes and has advised many clients in local and international construction law matters.

She has been a Designated lawyer (Vertrauensanwältin) for the Austrian Embassy in Montenegro since 2013.

Lana is also ranked as the Leading Partner in the Legal 500 EMEA 2025.
