Career

Chloe joined Wollens in 2021 in the New Build Residential Conveyancing Department. Chloe's previous experience in local government provided her with a strong foundation in planning law, commercial property, land charges and enforcement procedures. Working within a small local authority required her to manage a varied and complex caseload, which developed her adaptability and broadened her legal knowledge across multiple disciplines.

In 2025, Chloe joined the Commercial Property Department at Wollens, where she continued to develop her expertise across a wide range of commercial property matters.

Chloe completed the Legal Practice Course in 2023 and, after completing her CILEX Qualifying Employment portfolio in 2026, cross-qualified as a Solicitor in May 2026. Having qualified through the CILEX route before cross-qualifying as a Solicitor, she combined academic study with extensive practical experience. Her academic journey has included an undergraduate Law degree, qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive and the Legal Practice Course, all completed alongside full-time legal practice.

Leisure

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her family, particularly exploring new places and making the most of family holidays.
