Solicitor in the Residential Property Department

Megan has recently returned to Wollens as a solicitor in the Residential Property team after having completed her training with another local firm.

She graduated from London South Bank University in 2017 with an LLB in Law and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Exeter, in 2020.

Since graduating, Megan has gained extensive experience in residential property, progressing from a Legal Assistant to Paralegal, and ultimately qualifying as a Solicitor in 2023. She advises clients on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

Outside of the office, Megan enjoyes staying active at the gym, attending live music events, paddleboarding, and travelling to explore new countries.
