Solicitor within the Corporate & Commercial Department

Katie is a commercially focused corporate solicitor with over 12 years’ legal experience.

She advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and a broad range of company and commercial matters. Her work includes the sale and purchase of shares and business assets, business structuring, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. She takes a pragmatic approach, always aiming to deliver clear, strategic advice that supports her clients’ goals.

Katie joined Wollens in 2018, initially working in the property teams before beginning her training contract in 2020, where she undertook an extended seat in the corporate department. In 2022, she moved to an international firm where she advised public and private sector clients (primarily investment funds) on a variety of matters as an associate within the Investment & Development team. She is now back at Wollens, growing her corporate practice and building a client base both nationally and in the local community.

Katie holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in law.

Away from work you can usually find Katie at the beach exploring Devon’s incredible coastlines; soaking up anything motorsport; or otherwise tucked up with a book and her two cats Atticus and Ophelia.
