David is a true born and bred Dartmothian with over 30 years’ experience undertaking Residential Property Transactions and all other forms of land ownership and transfer such as Buying and Selling a Home, Plot Purchases, Auction Purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Matrimonial Transfers, Residential Leasehold Transactions plus specific Land Registry Applications.

David is a keen sportsman and enjoys playing golf and he is a Member at both Churston Golf Club and Dartmouth Golf and Country Club. He is also a former double British Athletics Champion, a County Rugby Player and Cricketer.
