Cheryl is a Commercial Property Solicitor with 12 years experience, having trained and qualified at a local Devon based firm. She advise clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting them through transactions in a practical and commercially focused way. She works closely with clients to identify and manage risk, ensuring matters progress smoothly and with clarity at every stage.

Her experience includes:

Business sales and acquisitions for a variety of business types ranging in value

Business Leases, Lease assignments and advising landlords and tenants

Easements, options, overage and conditional contracts

Development land acquisitions

Purchase of freehold or leasehold commercial premises

Cheryl is the Chair of the Devon and Somerset Law Society Property and Private Client Committee and a director of the Devon and Somerset Law Society (DASLS).
