Cheryl is a Commercial Property Solicitor with 12 years experience, having trained and qualified at a local Devon based firm. She advise clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting them through transactions in a practical and commercially focused way. She works closely with clients to identify and manage risk, ensuring matters progress smoothly and with clarity at every stage.

Her experience includes:

• Business sales and acquisitions for a variety of business types ranging in value

• Business Leases, Lease assignments and advising landlords and tenants

• Easements, options, overage and conditional contracts

• Development land acquisitions

• Purchase of freehold or leasehold commercial premises

• Re-financing

• Providing independent legal advice for guarantees

• Agricultural land sales and purchases, including sales by auction

She is committed to providing a responsive and approachable service, with a focus on achieving practical outcomes for her clients.

Cheryl is the Chair of the Devon and Somerset Law Society Property and Private Client Committee and a director of the Devon and Somerset Law Society (DASLS).

Outside of work Cheryl enjoys spending time with her young family, travelling, and walking her cockapoo.
