Partner and Head of Commercial Property

Ashley is a property solicitor and Partner based in our Torquay office. He has worked principally in the Torbay area for over fourteen years, advising clients across the region and championing local businesses.

His specialism is Commercial Property, with particular expertise in the hotel and leisure sector. He regularly handles transactions involving licensed premises, guest houses, hotels, and cafés, and also provides property support and restructuring advice to companies, partnerships, and charities.

Ashley is proud to serve as a trustee for two local charities, including a youth sailing trust.

Outside of work, he enjoys watersports and skiing, and he is a qualified ski instructor at Torquay Alpine Ski Club. When not on the slopes, you’ll find him cheering on the Exeter Chiefs or exploring Devon’s stunning countryside.
