Irakli Kordzakhia is a partner of the firm since its foundation.
He is a member of the Commission of Ethics of Bar Association of Georgia. He is an accredited mediator of the mediation center at Tbilisi City Court, a member of the council of two leading arbitration institutions in Georgia.
Before establishing the firm and starting independent practice Irakli Kordzakhia worked as a head of the legal department in one of the commercial banks of Georgia.
Irakli Kordzakhia focuses his practice on commercial litigation and arbitration, infrastructural projects, corporate law, M&A. He has a valid experience in acting as a local law expert in improvement and drafting laws regulations to financial lease and local infrastructure policy within the projects financed by different international organizations and financial institutions.
