Hasmik holds the position of Counsel at GRATA International Armenia.

Hasmik focuses on the fields of Data Protection & Privacy, Intellectual Property, Finance & Security, Commercial Contracts, Corporate, and Administrative Laws.

Hasmik deals with Intellectual Property, Finance and Securities, Personal Data Protection and Privacy, as well as Commercial Contracts matters.

Before joining GRATA International team, she was an in-house senior lawyer at one of the banks of RA.

Hasmik regularly participates in professional forums on various topics of administrative and civil law.  Hasmik has extensive experience in supporting one of the largest healthcare companies in the sale of company shares and in business restructuring, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislative regulation.
