José Ramón is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department at the Seville office. He co-manages Agribusiness and Food at Garrigues. He joined the firm in 1996 and was made partner in 2010.

He has participated in negotiating and formalizing agreements recording the sale and purchase, merger and integration of companies, shareholder agreements and protocols, joint venture, investment and divestment agreements, managing due diligence teams, coordinating with respect to financing for acquisitions.

He specializes in corporate law, particularly in the negotiation and resolution of complex corporate disputes in the industry.

He is secretary to the board of directors and governing boards at several companies.

José Ramón is a member of Garrigues’ Pro Bono Committee.
