Shareefa is a highly experienced bilingual (Arabic and English) court advocate based in Kuwait.

She is a Kuwaiti lawyer who specialises in commercial and civil disputes before the Kuwaiti courts. She has full rights of audience before the Kuwait Courts to include Court of First Instance, Appeal and Court of Cassation. She has advised a broad range of clients from various sectors, including aviation, construction, insurance, shipping and energy, in relation to their contractual disputes and litigation in the courts. Her expertise specifically includes representation of clients in experts’ hearings, negotiating financial settlements in relation to debt and other disputes and handling urgent matters at the Execution Department.

Prior to joining HFW, Shareefa worked for a leading law firm based in Kuwait advising on commercial disputes and representing clients in various commercial litigation matters before the Kuwaiti courts.

Shareefa holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Kuwait University. She is qualified in Kuwait and is a member of the Kuwait Bar Association.
